Nikki also received recognition from other professional and civic organizations for her outstanding achievements and contributions to both her profession and her community. These awards include the Pinellas Realtor Association’s Affiliate of the Year award; Women’s Council of Realtors Gumby Award for outstanding customer service; the Women’s Council of Realtors Affiliate of the Year award; and the Queen of Hearts Court – Princess Award, recognizing local women for their outstanding community service.

Nikki credits much of her success to her active involvement in a variety of community organizations including: Exchange Club of NE St. Petersburg; St. Petersburg Free Clinic; Lupus Foundation – Greater Florida Chapter; Eckerd Youth Alternatives - Hi-Five Pinellas program; The Queen’s Court, Inc.; Suncoasters; Help-A-Child, Inc.; American Diabetes Association; St. Raphael’s Catholic Church – CCD Aide and Shorecrest Preparatory School where she has taken a leadership in the Parent’s Association.

In addition to this course, Nikki is currently working on publishing her first book which will provide the reader with a more in-depth look at customer service and ways to market your business to achieve first class status.
