Suzanne has developed and implemented numerous customized CRM ( Customer Relationship Management) programs for the death care industry, the insurance industry and other sales and marketing organizations. Her expertise in customer relationship management helps her clients increase sales through the use of niche marketing, continuous improvement and sales accountability.
Suzanne has extensive knowledge in the pre-need sales process, pre-need training and pre-need sales management. She received her bachelor’s degree from the University of Cincinnati and her Masters in Business Administration – Marketing and Finance from Xavier University, both located in Cincinnati Ohio.
Pre-Smart, Inc. was developed out of the need to economically market to a community, increase pre-need sales through referrals, decrease cancellations, and increase the information given to owners and stockholders and increase profitability.
